Spicy Beetroot Dip


  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 200g beetroot canned
  • 2 tbs dried red chilies
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp canola oil


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
  • Spread on Turkish break and enjoy!
